Located in Downtown Atlanta, our hotel is within six blocks of attractions such as Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium. We offer dining options across four unique restaurants and bars.

Ideal candidate: Has a strong culinary background with at least 2-3 years of pastry experience. Experience in large hotels is preferred.

What will I be doing?

As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for creating, preparing, producing, and baking all pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts for food and beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your specific responsibilities include:

1. Prepare pastry food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
2. Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
3. Stock, maintain, and ensure proper storage and refrigeration of all prepared products
4. Develop new products for a-la-carte and catering menus as needed
5. Practice correct food handling and storage procedures according to regulations
6. Display and set baked products on mobile carts according to specifications
7. Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items
