• Own the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley territory through agent appointments and structured daily outreach.
• Build a roster of Power Partners generating title and escrow orders.
• Run a daily Hour of Power for prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
• Use LYTI to track orders, pipeline, and income in real time.
• Represent a tech-forward product suite to agents in this market.
