Job summary

805Title is seeking an Account Executive to own the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley territory, building a strong network of Power Partners and driving a consistent stream of title and escrow orders. You’ll prospect daily, manage your pipeline, and use LYTI to track orders and income in real time with a technology-forward product suite.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience, a professional mindset, and a proven ability to build a book of business from scratch.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in professional sales and proven ability to build and close business.
• Self-management, coachability and motivation by commission income.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley territory through agent appointments and structured daily outreach.
• Build a roster of Power Partners generating consistent title and escrow orders.
• Run a daily Hour of Power for prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
• Use LYTI to track orders, pipeline, and income in real time.
• Represent a technology-forward product suite agents in this market do not typically see from a title rep.
