What you’ll do:

• Own the Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley territory through agent appointments and structured daily outreach

• Build a roster of Power Partners generating consistent title and escrow orders

• Run a daily Hour of Power for prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management

• Use LYTI to track orders, pipeline, and income in real time

• Represent a technology-forward product suite agents in this market do not typically see from a title rep

Who we want:

• 1 to 2 years in professional sales, in any field where you developed and closed your own business

• Title or real estate background welcome but not required. Strong sellers from pharma, payroll, health and fitness, or any consultative sales environment are a great fit.

• Someone who operates with professionalism and understands that trust is the product in this market

• Self-managed, coachable, and motivated by commission income
