Job summary

Rivian in Texas is seeking a Parts Advisor to drive exceptional internal customer experiences at service locations. You will coordinate with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors and local Management, solving operational issues with initiative and teamwork.

The role requires strong communication, organization and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments and support service teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Exhibits patience, empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
• Ability to prepare and disseminate effectively organized business communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Understand, explain, and execute the shipping process and how to package parts before final shipment.
• Understand channel planning and how it works.
• Understand, explain, and execute indirect purchasing through Coupa.
• Explain KPIs and metrics and their significance.
• Identify discrepancies in parts procurement and collaborate to improve processes.
• Communicate with technicians and leads to promote clear channels.
• Identify and order the correct parts for repairs.
• Bin parts within Rivian's system and understand the BIN scheme.
