Rivian is seeking a Parts Advisor to enhance the internal customer experience at service locations. The role requires focus, initiative, strong communication, and collaboration with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors and local management.

You will champion continuous improvement and support service teams and customers with a customer-first approach. The position emphasizes handling warranty returns, parts shipping, channel planning, and indirect purchasing, with a focus on

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain and execute the shipping process and how to package parts.
• Understand channel planning and how it works.
• Execute indirect purchasing through Coupa.
• Explain KPIs and metrics and their significance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
• Communicate with technicians and leads to promote clear communication channels.
• Identify and order the correct part for repairs.
• Source part assemblies / subassemblies and manage receipts.
• Utilize Rivian's systems and documents and perform daily counts.
