Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Parts Advisor to ensure exceptional internal customer service at our Oregon service locations. You will work closely with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local management to optimize parts flow and support service needs.

We value a customer-first mindset, strong organization, and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments. Experience in parts management and process improvement is a plus, as is a willingness to learn Rivian's systems and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in parts management, process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Experience handling escalations is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with technicians and leads to promote clear channels; join huddles for efficient service.
• Identify and order the correct parts needed for repairs.
• Understand parts assemblies / subassemblies and look up details.
• Receive parts physically and allocate back orders; bin parts.
• Explain Rivian BIN scheme and identify shortages or overages.
• Fulfill and ship orders with minimal issues; assist with purchasing needs.
