Job summary

Rivian in San Diego is seeking a Parts Advisor to enhance the internal customer experience at our service locations. You will work with Service teams to coordinate with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local Management, driving continuous improvement and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-facing experience in fast-paced environments.
• Attentive to detail with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with technicians and leads to ensure clear channels.
• Identify and order the correct part for repairs.
• Receive and allocate parts; manage back orders.
• Explain Rivian BIN scheme and parts processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support service teams.
