Gerber Collision & Glass in Lampasas, TX seeks a Parts Coordinator to ensure a smooth parts flow for each repair order. You will verify parts quality, enter invoices in MIS, and coordinate with vendors to meet production needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), 1-3+ years in automotive parts, and I-Car registration in progress. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer experience by managing parts processes for each repair order.
• Order, receive, store, dispatch, and return parts; verify accuracy and quality in a timely manner.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS and track parts by RO number; communicate price changes to the team.
