Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify part accuracy and quality to support on-time vehicle repairs and a superior customer experience.

The role requires automotive parts experience, strong organization, and the ability to work with vendors and MIS systems to track parts, invoices, and price changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automotive parts preferred.
• I-CAR registration in progress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders with quality checks.
• Ensure timely parts distribution per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicles.
• Notify team of Parts Price Changes (PPI).
• Order additional parts in MIS and monitor parts/vendor performance.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain accurate history reports.
• Post invoices and credit memos promptly and accurately.
