Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to optimize the parts flow for repair orders. You will verify part quality, receive and store components, and work with vendors to ensure timely delivery aligned with production schedules.

Responsibilities include entering invoices into the MIS, labeling and tracking parts, and communicating customer needs to the team. A high school diploma and 1–3+ years in automotive parts are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts; auto body parts a bonus.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, dispatch and return parts for each repair order.
• Verify parts accuracy and quality with the production schedule and vehicle needs.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Label, track and store parts by repair order number with the vehicle.
• Monitor parts performance, manage pricing changes and supplier communications.
