Gerber Collision & Glass in Lampasas, TX is seeking a Parts Coordinator to enhance the customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.

The role emphasizes accuracy in parts received, timely delivery to the shop, and collaboration with vendors to ensure the right parts meet production schedules. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years minimum prior CCC1 experience preferred
• 1-2 years prior experience general ledger: accounts receivables/payables preferred
• 3-4 years prior experience in customer service excellence required
• I-CAR Registered (working towards Gold Class certification)

Responsabilités

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts per repair orders, ensuring quality and quantity
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop per production schedule
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS
• Label and track parts by RO number and communicate price changes to team
• Receive supplemental parts in the MIS and monitor vendor invoice history
• Ensure invoices and credits are posted and filed on time
• Verify negotiated discounts to maintain margins
