Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify part accuracy, quality and timeliness to support the production schedule and customer outcomes.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and attention to detail. Expect a fast-paced environment with MIS tools, and benefits including health coverage and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts (auto body parts bonus)
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability
• I-CAR Registered (working towards Gold Class)

Aufgaben

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed
• Communicate customer requests to team members
• Order and receive parts with vendors and confirm quality and quantity
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule
• Enter parts invoices into MIS
• Label and track parts by RO number
• Communicate Parts Price Changes to team
• Monitor performance of parts and vendors
• Reconcile vendor invoice history
• Post invoices and credits in MIS
