Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure seamless parts management for each repair order. You will verify parts quality, manage receiving and distribution, and keep accurate records in the MIS system.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts and strong customer service skills, with I-Car certification progress encouraged. This position supports fast-paced shop operations and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.
• I-Car registered or working toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Process parts ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returns for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts per production schedule and vehicle needs.
• Communicate parts needs and vendor requests to the team.
• Enter invoices into the MIS system and track parts performance.
