Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts for repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to the shop. The role focuses on ordering, receiving, storing and returning parts while maintaining quality and documentation in the MIS system.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, 1–3+ years in automotive parts, and I-CAR registration in progress. Strong communication, detail orientation and multi-tasking are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• I-CAR Registered (working towards Gold Class certification) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, store, dispatch and return parts per repair orders.
• Verify accuracy/quality of parts received per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and reconcile invoices.
• Label and track parts by RO#; communicate price changes to team.
• Monitor parts inventory and vendor invoices; ensure timely distribution to shop.
