Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order.

You will verify parts accuracy, manage inventory, and coordinate with shop staff to meet the production schedule and vehicle needs. This role supports a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3+ years experience with automotive parts, auto body parts a bonus.
• Customer service orientation with strong organizational ability under pressure.
• I-Car registered (working toward Gold Class).

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive parts with quality and accuracy.
• Ensure timely parts distribution per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and communicate price changes.
• Manage supplemental parts in MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Post and file invoices and credits timely.
• Confirm negotiated discounts to maintain margins.
