Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–3+ years in automotive parts. Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts received per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to satisfy shop needs.
• Communicate price changes to team members and manage supplier relationships.
