Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure excellent customer experience by ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for repair orders. You will verify parts quality, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate MIS records to support production schedules.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and good organizational skills in a fast-paced shop environment. On-site in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years experience with automotive parts preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while managing parts process for each repair order.
• Verify accuracy and quality of parts received per schedule.
• Communicate requests to team members and vendors.
• Order and receive parts and track via MIS.
• Label, store, and track parts by RO number with vehicles.
• Monitor parts performance and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Ensure correct discounts on invoices to maintain margins.
• Maintain timely invoicing and filing
