Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to provide an exceptional customer experience while ordering, receiving, storing and dispatching parts for repair orders. You will verify parts accuracy and keep production schedules on track.

The role requires 1-3+ years of automotive parts experience, strong organization, and proficiency with MIS and parts databases. This on-site position offers a competitive hourly rate, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide collision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer Service Oriented with strong organizational ability and problem-solving skills.
• I-CAR Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts per repair orders, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop in line with production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS and reconcile invoices.
