Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Parts Coordinator to ensure a smooth customer experience by managing parts orders, receiving, storage, and dispatch for each repair order. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and close collaboration with shops and vendors.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and organizational skills, plus I-CAR registration in progress. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer Service oriented and strong organizational ability under pressure.
• I-CAR Registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate customer requests to relevant team members.
• Order and receive parts as listed on repair orders and verify quality/quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule and track invoices.
• Enter invoices in MIS and monitor discounts to protect margins.
• Label, track, and store parts with RO number for repairs.
