Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing and distributing parts for collision and glass repairs. You will verify part quality and quantity, track parts by RO number, and input invoices into the MIS system.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong attention to detail, and effective communication to support a fast-paced shop environment. Competitive hourly rate with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years experience with automotive parts; auto body parts bonus.
• I-Car registration in progress (Gold Class preferred).

Responsibilities

• Order and receive parts per repair orders and production schedule.
• Verify quality, accuracy, and quantity of parts delivered.
• Label, track and store parts with RO number and vehicle.
• Enter parts invoices in MIS and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Communicate price changes to the team and ensure proper discounts.
