Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of repair parts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery for each job order. You will verify parts, input invoices into the MIS, and track inventory while coordinating with vendors and shop staff.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong customer service, and an I-CAR registration or progress toward Gold Class. A fast-paced environment and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts preferred.
• Customer service orientation with strong organizational ability.
• I-CAR registered or pursuing Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Verify parts accuracy and quality per repair orders.
• Order, receive, store, dispatch, and return parts for each repair order.
• Enter parts invoices into the MIS system.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicle.
• Communicate parts price changes to team members.
• Reconcile daily vendor invoices and ensure discounts to maintain profit margins.
