Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Parts Coordinator to ensure an exceptional customer experience by managing ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching, and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify accuracy of parts, coordinate with vendors, and track parts to support timely repairs.

The role requires 1–3+ years in auto parts, strong communication, and I-CAR (or progress toward Gold Class). A fast-paced environment with attention to detail is essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus)
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability
• I-CAR registered or in progress toward Gold Class certification

Responsabilidades

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders and verify quality/quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and update price changes.
• Manage supplemental parts in MIS and monitor vendor invoices.
