Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts ordering, receiving, storage and dispatch for each repair order. You will verify part quality and ensure timely delivery to the shop, supporting a superior customer experience.

The role requires experience with automotive parts, strong communication, and proficiency in MIS tools. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational abilities under pressure.
• I-Car registered (working towards Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts, verify quality and quantity for repair orders.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS system.
• Label and track parts by RO number and update PPI communications.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and monitor discount terms.
