Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure an exceptional customer experience by managing the parts process—from ordering and receiving to storing and dispatching in line with the repair schedule.

You will verify part quality, enter invoices into the MIS, and track parts by RO number while communicating changes to the team. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• I-Car registration in progress toward Gold Class.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders; verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to the shop in line with production schedule.
• Enter parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number.
• Notify team of Parts Price Changes (PPI).
• Monitor vendor invoices and discounts to maintain margins.
• Perform daily reconciliation of vendor invoice history.
