Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing and dispatching parts for repair orders. You will verify parts accuracy and support the production schedule while partnering with vendors and the shop to ensure timely availability.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong organization, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer Service oriented with strong organizational ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts via MIS; verify quality, accuracy and quantity for repairs.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicle/repairs.
• Notify on Parts Price Changes to team members.
• Monitor performance of parts and vendors in MIS.
• Reconcile vendor invoice history; post qualified invoices and memos promptly.
• Ensure correct negotiated discounts with vendors.
