Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning of parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy, support the production schedule, and ensure timely parts distribution to the shop.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and an I-Car registration in progress. The role uses MIS systems and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class).

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan execution.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders; verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and store with vehicles.
• Monitor Parts Price Changes and communicate to team.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain discounts.
