Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the end-to-end parts process for repair orders, ensuring the right parts arrive on time and meet quality standards. You will verify parts against job needs, input invoices into the MIS, and keep accurate records tied to each RO number.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–3+ years in automotive parts.
• Customer service orientation and strong organizational ability under pressure.
• I-CAR registration in progress is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order, receive, and store parts; verify quality and quantity for repairs.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule; track by RO #.
• Enter all parts invoices in MIS; note price changes to staff.
• Maintain proper invoicing, discounts, and vendor communications.
