Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by efficiently ordering, receiving, storing, dispatching and returning parts for each repair order. You will verify parts accuracy, manage stock, and ensure timely distribution to the shop in line with the production schedule.

The role requires 1-3+ years in automotive parts, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with parts sourcing and MIS tools.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts a bonus).
• Customer service oriented with ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• I-Car registration status or working towards Gold Class certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to team members and coordinate with vendors.
• Order and receive parts, verify quality and quantity per repair orders.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule and track parts using MIS.
• Enter invoices into MIS and manage pricing changes with the team.
• Keep parts organized and document vendor invoices and discounts.
