Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, storing and dispatching parts for each repair order. You will verify accuracy and quality of parts against production needs and schedule.

The role requires 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and excellent organization. This on-site position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced collision repair environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational skills.
• I-CAR registered or working towards Gold Class is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive parts per repair orders, ensuring quality, correctness and quantity.
• Ensure timely parts distribution to the shop as per the production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into the MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number; communicate Parts Price Changes to team.
• Order and receive supplemental parts in the MIS; monitor parts performance and reconcile invoices.
• Post and file invoices/credit memos promptly.
• Ensure negotiated vendor discounts to maintain margins.
