Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts for each repair order, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. You will work with vendors to order, receive, and track parts, while entering invoices into the MIS and reconciling discounts to protect margins.

You will label and store parts by RO number, communicate changes, and support a fast-paced shop environment with attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts; auto body parts is a bonus.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order and receive parts per repair orders; verify quality and quantity.
• Label, track, and store parts by RO number.
• Enter parts invoices into MIS and manage invoices/discounts.
• Communicate price changes to team members and vendors.
• Ensure timely parts distribution per production schedule.
