Rivian is seeking a Parts Advisor to enhance internal customer experience at service centers. You will collaborate with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local management, driving a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset in a dynamic service environment, with a schedule that includes weekends.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Customer-facing service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multi-task and handle physical tasks up to 85 lbs.
• Willingness to learn Rivian maintenance scheduling.
• Safety awareness and adherence to Rivian guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain shipping and packaging processes.
• Understand channel planning and indirect purchasing through Coupa.
• Explain KPIs and metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
• Communicate with technicians and leads to ensure clear customer care.
• Identify and order correct parts for repairs.
• Utilize Rivian's systems and documents (SharePoint, Warranty Manual, Write It Right).
• Perform daily counts and understand the use of tools.
• Explain pre-pulling parts for upcoming appointments.
• Understand pay types and use cases.
