Job summary

YouthBuild Global is seeking a Manager to support technical assistance, career pathway development, and partnership growth across the US and internationally. You will coordinate stakeholder engagement, provide data-backed insights, and supervise a direct report to strengthen YouthBuild programs and outcomes.

The role requires collaboration across departments, travel up to 25%, and a commitment to expanding workforce opportunities for opportunity youth within a global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years' relevant experience preferred or equivalent.
• Experience in partnership management, employer engagement, business development, workforce development, or similar.
• Strong relationship management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CSR programs or nonprofit partnerships is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner engagement across manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing sectors.
• Supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and guide partner relationships.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing and Network Engagement to publicize successes.
