Job summary

YouthBuild Global seeks a Manager to oversee partnerships in the US and internationally, focusing on manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and warehousing. The role supervises the Strategic Partnerships Associate and coordinates engagement, program support, data tracking, and career pathways across the YouthBuild network.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in partnership management and employer engagement, with a bachelor’s degree and several years of experience.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate understands partnership management and employer engagement within workforce development.
• Experience coordinating with nonprofit and corporate partners across multiple regions is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' relevant experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing sectors is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for domestic and international corporate partners in manufacturing and logistics.
• Develop plans to introduce partners to YouthBuild network and coordinate cross-team activities.
• Maintain relationships with trade associations, unions, and government agencies.
• Supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and guide partner engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support program design improvements and pathways.
