Job summary

YouthBuild Global is seeking a Manager of Partnerships to lead domestic and international manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing collaborations. You will supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and coordinate cross-Functional teams to connect YouthBuild students and graduates with training and employment opportunities across the US and beyond.

The role is remote-friendly, with options for hybrid work in Roxbury, MA and occasional travel up to 25% to partner sites and conferences,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting partnership management, employer engagement, business development, workforce development, or a similar function; bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' relevant experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations is strongly preferred; familiarity with corporate social responsibility programs, employer-nonprofit partnerships, or nonprofit service delivery is helpful.
• Work experience and/or industry knowledge in the manufacturing and/or logistics sector.
• Working knowledge of workforce and talent ecosystems at local, state, national, or international levels.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively to achieve aligned goals and objectives
• Experience coordinating projects and program activities across departments, sites, or stakeholder groups without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner engagement and affiliate support across YouthBuild programs and regions.
• Support outreach to national and regional corporate partners and track engagement activities.
• Create, refine, and share tools and resources for manufacturing and logistics partnerships.
• Coordinate with network and international staff to implement industry partnerships at affiliates.
• Maintain data gathering tools and summarize results for internal and external use.
• Assist with program and participant data analysis and contribute to impact reports.
