Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years' relevant experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Experience in partnership management, employer engagement, or workforce development helpful.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or logistics sectors is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international partnerships across manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
• Support outreach, follow-up, and plans to connect partners to YouthBuild networks.
• Maintain relationships with trade associations, unions, and educational partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align programs with strategic objectives.
• Supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and provide guidance.
