Job summary

YouthBuild Global seeks a Manager to oversee strategic partnerships in the US and internationally, with a focus on manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and warehousing. You will supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and coordinate engagement with corporate partners, affiliates, and workforce training providers to connect YouthBuild students with opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years' experience in partnership management, employer engagement, business development, workforce development, or similar.
• Experience with nonprofit partnerships and CSR programs is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/logistics industries or related sectors.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for domestic and international corporate partners in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
• Research and outreach to new partners; develop plans to connect them to YouthBuild network.
• Maintain relationships with trade associations, unions, government agencies, and educational partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional activity to support program design, apprenticeship pathways, and workforce systems.
• Supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and provide guidance on partner stewardship.
