Job summary

YouthBuild Global seeks a Manager to oversee partnerships in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing, with a focus on developing pathways and supporting affiliates.

The role supervises the Strategic Partnerships Associate and collaborates across teams to advance workforce opportunities for YouthBuild students and graduates, including international partnerships. Remote-friendly with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years' relevant experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Experience with nonprofit organizations and CSR programs is helpful.
• Experience in manufacturing or logistics industries.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of workforce ecosystems at local, state, national, or international levels.

Responsibilities

• Launch and implement manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and warehousing partnerships with YouthBuild Global departments and affiliates.
• Coordinate with partners, affiliates, and cross-functional teams; track data and provide technical assistance.
• Develop tools and resources such as guides, training materials, partner briefs, and fundraising materials.
• Support implementation and maintenance of industry partnerships at affiliate programs.
• Supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate and guide partner relationship stewardship.
