Job summary

YouthBuild Global is seeking a Manager to steward partnerships in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing, coordinating with multiple departments and affiliates. The role includes supervision of the Strategic Partnerships Associate and regular cross-functional collaboration to advance workforce opportunities.

The position emphasizes remote and hybrid work across the U.S. with occasional travel, supporting youth in training and employment pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or workforce development is a plus.
• Strong relationship management and communications skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and warehousing partnerships with YouthBuild departments.
• Support meetings, monitor engagement activities, track data, and provide technical assistance.
• Help create and share guides and training materials related to partnerships.
• Collaborate with international program staff to implement and maintain industry partnerships.
• Compile program data, identify trends, and contribute to impact reports.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate industry sector training sessions with YouthBuild programs.
