YouthBuild Global is seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships to oversee domestic and international partnerships in manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. The role supervises a Strategic Partnerships Associate and collaborates across departments to drive program design and workforce opportunities.

The position focuses on partner engagement, data tracking, and impact reporting, with travel up to 25% and a remote-friendly setup enabling collaboration across the YouthBuild network globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with partnership management and employer engagement.
• Familiarity with CSR programs and nonprofit partnerships is helpful.
• Experience coordinating across departments without direct reporting authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for domestic and international partners in the manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing sectors.
• Research potential partners, support outreach and onboarding, and help develop partnership plans.
• Maintain working relationships with trade associations, unions, government agencies, educational organizations, and advocacy groups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate partner activity supporting YouthBuild Global's strategic objectives.
• Supervise the Strategic Partnerships Associate, providing guidance and priority setting.
• Travel to conferences and partner meetings up to 25% of the time.
