Job summary

YouthBuild Global seeks a Manager to oversee strategic partnerships for manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing sectors. The role includes managing a direct report and coordinating with program staff to connect YouthBuild students and graduates to opportunities.

The position supports national and international partners, travel up to 25%, and collaboration across Development, Marketing, Communications and Network Engagement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience supporting partnership management, employer engagement, or workforce development.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with affiliate staff and corporate partners; monitor engagement, track data, and provide technical assistance.
• Create, refine, and share tools and resources for manufacturing and logistics partnerships.
• Coordinate with international program staff to implement industry partnerships at affiliates.
• Prepare impact reports from program and participant data for stakeholders.
• Lead industry sector training sessions on engaging employers and relevant credentials.
