Job summary

Xometry, a NASDAQ: XMTR company, seeks a Partner Success Manager to accelerate partner success and production flow. You will be the main liaison for manufacturing partners, escalate issues, and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet commitments.

Responsibilities include managing the production lifecycle, conducting weekly reviews, and acting as a subject matter expert to remove blockers while supporting peak periods. A strong emphasis on communication and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in supply chain or customer service, preferably in manufacturing.
Proven track record of managing schedule commitments for an identified customer group.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
Strong analytical skills to implement solutions keeping production underway.
Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for the partner community, communicating project status and potential roadblocks.
Orchestrate the production process by prioritizing work and mitigating delays.
Conduct weekly portfolio reviews to document progress and manage risk-based outreach.
Act as a technical SME for the Partner Success Team, resolving blockers with deep manufacturing knowledge.
Proactively identify and resolve issues, including management of RMA projects and reclamations.
Collaborate with Operations and PD&T to uphold quality management systems and safety policies.
