Job summary

Xometry is seeking a highly organized Partner Success Manager to accelerate partner manufacturing success by expediting tasks, reassignment, or escalation as needed. You will be the liaison for the partner community, driving throughput and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the production lifecycle.

Bring 4+ years in supply chain or customer service in manufacturing, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical/operational field.
• 4+ years in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to manage and meet schedule commitments and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner community, building trust through proactive communication about project status and risks.
• Orchestrate production process by maintaining queue awareness to prioritize work and mitigate delays.
• Conduct weekly portfolio reviews to document progress and evaluate partner production plans for high-risk jobs, escalating risks as needed.
• Act as a technical SME for the Partner Success Team, driving operational excellence and resolving blockers via manufacturing knowledge.
• Identify and resolve issues, including RMA management and negotiation of reclamations for non-conformance or late deliveries.
• Collaborate with Operations and PD&T teams and ensure adherence to quality mgmt systems and safety policies.
