Job summary

Xometry is seeking a highly organized Partner Success Manager to accelerate manufacturing partner success and maintain visibility across the production lifecycle. You will act as the main liaison for partners, drive timely task completion, and escalate issues to leadership when needed to protect capacity and throughput.

The role emphasizes interdepartmental collaboration, cross-software proficiency, and a strong customer-service mindset in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical/ business field.
• 4+ years in supply chain or customer service in manufacturing.
• Proven track record meeting schedule commitments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for partner community with proactive communication on project status and roadblocks.
• Orchestrate production process by maintaining queue awareness to prioritize work and mitigate delays.
• Conduct weekly portfolio reviews and manage risk-based outreach for high-risk jobs.
• Act as technical SME for Partner Success Team to resolve blockers and improve operations.
• Identify and resolve issues including RMA management and reclamations from late deliveries.
• Collaborate with Operations and PD&T, adhering to quality systems and safety policies.
