Job summary

Xometry in the United States is seeking a highly organized Partner Success Manager to accelerate manufacturing partner success by coordinating task completion and escalation as needed. You will serve as a primary contact for the partner community, maintaining clear visibility through the production lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field.
• 4+ years in supply chain or customer service, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for partner community with proactive communication.
• Orchestrate production process and prioritize work to mitigate delays.
• Document progress and manage risk-based outreach for high-risk jobs.
• Act as technical SME for Partner Success Team to resolve blockers.
• Proactively resolve issues including RMA and reclamations, ensuring outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations and PD&T, ensuring quality and safety adherence.
