Job summary

Xometry, a leading digital manufacturing marketplace in the U.S., is seeking a Partner Success Manager to accelerate partner throughput and ensure timely production. You will be the primary contact for manufacturing partners, orchestrating tasks, and mitigating delays across orders and jobs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of meeting schedule commitments by managing customer expectations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to implement solutions keeping production moving.
• Self-starter with drive to independently complete projects.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with platform proficiency.
• Superior verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and collaboration.
• Proficiency in ERP tools and collaboration software.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner community, building trust through proactive communication.
• Orchestrate the production process by maintaining queue awareness to prioritize work and mitigate delays.
• Document progress and manage risk-based outreach to evaluate partner fitness for high-risk jobs.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for the Partner Success Team, driving operational excellence.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, including RMA projects and reclamations from non-conformances.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and PD&T and ensure adherence to quality and safety policies.
