Job summary

Xometry is seeking a highly organized and proactive Partner Success Manager to drive partner success and optimize production flow. You will expedite task completion, reassign as needed, and escalate issues to leadership to maintain capacity utilization.

You will serve as the primary contact for the partner community, orchestrate production by maintaining queue visibility, and conduct weekly portfolio reviews to assess progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations.
• Proven track record of managing and meeting schedule commitments for a defined customer group.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement solutions while keeping production on track.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to drive project completion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner community with proactive, transparent communication on project status and risks.
• Orchestrate production by maintaining queue visibility to prioritize work and mitigate delays.
• Conduct weekly portfolio reviews and manage risk-based outreach for high-risk jobs; escalate when needed.
• Act as a technical SME for the Partner Success Team to drive operational excellence and resolve blockers.
• Identify and resolve issues, including management of RMAs and negotiation of reclamations from non-conformance or late deliveries.
• Collaborate with Operations and PD&T; ensure adherence to quality and safety policies; provide peer support to sustain throughput.
