Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical/related field.
• Minimum 4 years in supply chain or customer service, preferably in manufacturing ops.
• Proven track record of meeting schedule commitments for identified customer group.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to keep production moving.
• Self-starter and able to drive project completion.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability with handling deadlines.
• Superior written and verbal communication for stakeholder management.
• Attention to detail and collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency in ERP tools and communication software.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for partner community; build trust through proactive communication on status and roadblocks.
• Orchestrate production by maintaining queue awareness to prioritize work and mitigate delays.
• Conduct weekly portfolio reviews; manage risk-based outreach; escalate significant risks.
• Act as a technical SME for Partner Success Team; drive operational excellence and resolve blockers.
• Identify and resolve issues; manage RMA projects and negotiate reclamations from non-conformance.
• Collaborate with Operations and PD&T; ensure adherence to quality and safety policies; provide peer support.
