Job summary

Xometry is seeking a highly organized Partner Success Manager to drive partner performance across the order and production life cycle, acting as the primary contact for the partner community and escalating issues to prevent delays.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in supply chain or customer service within manufacturing, strong cross-functional collaboration, ERP experience, and a proven track record of keeping production on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing and meeting schedule commitments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for partner community and communicate project status.
• Orchestrate production process with clear visibility to avoid delays.
• Conduct weekly portfolio reviews and risk-based outreach for high-risk jobs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and PD&T teams.
• Identify and resolve issues including RMA management and reclamations.
