Zusammenfassung

Pindrop is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer, remote in the US, to translate customer problems into compelling value stories and tailored demos. You’ll coach partner SEs, build repeatable motions, and guide integrations within CCaaS ecosystems.

Your work enables partners to lead strong early opportunities with credible Pindrop demonstrations. You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn partner feedback into actionable improvements, and you’ll operate in an AI-driven environment

Qualifikationen

3+ years in sales engineering, partner engineering, or a comparable technical role in enterprise software.
Experience enabling/coaching technical sellers and partner SEs with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Strong experience with CCaaS platforms (Five9, Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect) and API integrations.

Aufgaben

Help strategic partners understand, position, and demonstrate Pindrop’s value within their platforms and customer conversations.
Build repeatable partner motions to drive early customer conversations and opportunities.
Develop tailored demo flows connecting customer needs to Pindrop capabilities and outcomes, not generic tours.
Lead enablement sessions on value messaging, technical integration overviews, and demo delivery.
